What is couple therapy?

Many people want to have a satisfying relationship with a partner and can be confused and disappointed when things go wrong. Problems are often related to outside pressures or life events and at these times couples can lose sight of why they are together.

Couple therapy can help to understand some of the difficulties a couple may be experiencing and work towards a way forward. Our service offers a safe and confidential place to talk about these issues.

What is psychosexual therapy?

Many people experience sexual problems at some time during their lives.

At an initial assessment session it can be clarified whether the sexual problem is long standing or linked to a recent event.

It can then be worked with in the context of the relationship, helping the couple or individual to understand what has happened and how to regain a fulfilling sexual relationship.
